Stocking Size: Approximately 45 cm × 20 cm
Embroidery Size: Each initial will be around 5–7 cm tall (size may vary depending on the number of letters)
Lead Time: Embroidered items have an approximate 3-week lead time to allow for embroidery and personalisation
While items may be ready sooner, extra time is allowed to accommodate any potential delays.

How long will it take to ship?
Once the product has dispatched, it usually takes 1-3 days to reach you, depending on your location. View our Shipping and Returns Policy at the top of the page
What if I am unhappy with my item or it is the wrong size?
We hope this is never the case, since we do pride ourselves on quality products and accurate sizing.
However we do accept certain returns - please see our shipping and returns policy at the top of the page, which outlines the scenarios and procedures to log a return/exchange/refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated before you checkout. It is calculated on the weight and size of the package you have ordered. Small packages (clothes and small items) start from around R95 for a local delivery (Approx. within 150km of Durban), and R110 for major centres. Larger packages such as shelves vary dependant on the size and weight. For example - a package of 2 shelves ships for R115 locally, or R135 for a major centre, or R200 for an outlying area.
